Modalità di cottura:
Adagiate i filetti in una padella dove avete fatto preriscaldare un filo di olio e fateli rosolare per circa 15 minuti, aggiungendo magari qualche cucchiaio di acqua, avendo cura di girarli di tanto in tanto coprendoli.
Consiglio:
A cottura ultimata, levare i filetti e spremere una arancia nella padella di cottura assieme ad una noce di burro far ritirare leggermente e versare il succo ottenuto sul filetto.
