Modalità di cottura:
Adagiate il filetto in una pirofila da forno e infornate a 180°, per circa 30 minuti.
Di tanto in tanto controllate la carne, girandola e bagnandola con vino bianco o brodo caldo per mantenerla morbida. Dopo la cottura togliete i filetti dal forno e lasciateli riposare per 5/10 minuti.
Consiglio:
non oltrepassare i tempi di cottura consigliati. e aggiungete una tazzina di acqua nella pirofila prima di infornare
