Modalità di cottura:
Adagiate gli involtini in una padella dove avete fatto rosolare un filo di olio con della cipolla tagliata finemente, avendo cura di girarli di tanto in tanto dopodiché versate abbondante brodo caldo, aggiustate di sale e di pepe, e lasciate cuocere per altri 30 minuti.
