arista di maiale con osso
sale
pepe
salvia
aglio
rosmarino
Modalità di cottura:
Mettete l’arista in una teglia coprendola con olio Evo, inseritela in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per un’ora e 30 circa.
Di tanto in tanto controllate la carne, girandola e bagnandola con vino bianco o brodo caldo per mantenerla morbida. Dopo la cottura togliete l’arista dal forno e lasciatela riposare per 10 minuti. Quindi tagliate la vostra Arista al Forno a fettine di circa 1 cm di spessore e servitela bagnandola con il suo intingolo.
