Ingredienti:
filetto di maiale
pancetta di maiale
pane
salvia
rosmarino
aglio
sale
pepe
Modalità di cottura:
Adagiate il filetto in una pirofila da forno irrorandolo con abbondante olio Evo, infornate a 180°, per circa 35 minuti.Questa operazione farà si che il pane diventi croccante e la pancetta si scioglie imbevendo il pane del suo grasso e insaporendo il filetto.
Togliete dal forno e tagliate a fette larghe con un coltello da pane.
Consiglio:
consigliamo di non bagnare con brodo o altro se si preferisce meno croccante gli ultimi 15 minuti di cottura coprire con carta stagnola
