Modalità di cottura:
Adagiate gli involtini in una padella dove avete fatto preriscaldare un filo di olio e fateli rosolare per circa 5 minuti, avendo cura di girarli di tanto in tanto dopodiché Sfumate con il vino bianco aggiustate di sale e di pepe, e lasciate cuocere per altri 6/7 minuti.
Trasferite gli involtini di carne in un piatto da portata, irrorateli con il loro fondo di cottura e serviteli ben caldi
