Modalità di cottura:
Adagiare il ripieno in una teglia cospargerla con olio Evo, inseritela in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per un’ora circa Di tanto in tanto controllate la carne, girandola e bagnandola con vino bianco o brodo caldo per mantenerla morbida.
Quindi tagliate il vostro ripieno a fettine di circa 1\2 cm di spessore e servitela bagnandolo con il suo intingolo.

Appena terminarta la cottura tagliare con una forbice la rete e far raffreddare prima di tagliare
