-spinaci
-scamorza e porcini
-carciofi
-radicchio rosso

Modalità di cottura:
Per avere un ottima riuscita di questo piatto, è sufficiente cuocerlo in forno a 180° per circa 40 minuti bagnandolo via via con del vino bianco.
Oppure in tegame con un leggero battuto di cipolla e olio facendolo rosolare e portandolo a fine cottura con vino bianco, sempre per 40 minuti.
Se lo infornate è consigliato impanarlo prima se invece lo volete cuocere in tegame consigliamo una leggera infarinatura.
Ottimi accompagnati con verdure saltate o patate al forno
